"Deep, calm sleep, very relaxing ..."

SERENE works beautifully, takes about 1/2 hour or so. Deep, calm sleep, very relaxing. The only downside that isn't that big a deal is that you have to take 4 caps to go to sleep (only 2 to relax during the day) and that's a lot of caps before bed time if you have any other herbs or medication that you have to take. But the sleep you get is worth it.
